Red Bull Arts Book Share Launches in Baltimore

We are excited to announce the addition of Baltimore to the Red Bull Arts Book Share where we are working with Everyone’s Place African Cultural Center in support of B-360 and Baltimore Ceasfire. Collectively these groups are on the frontline of racial and social justice working to promote non-violence, and disrupting the prison pipeline.

B-360 utilizes dirt bike culture to end the cycle of poverty, disrupt the prison pipeline, and build bridges in communities. The Baltimore Ceasefire Movement’s vision is for Baltimore to commit to zero murders. They are manifesting this vision by calling quarterly ceasefire weekends that promote non-violence and life celebrations.

ABOUT RED BULL ARTS BOOK SHARE

The Red Bull Arts Book Share sends a foundational anti-racist or black-authored book to individuals in our community who donate to select organizations. This donation drive aims to get necessary resources directly into the hands of the organizations doing frontline work on racial equity and justice, to stimulate black-owned businesses in our communities, and to facilitate the ongoing education around race which many people are beginning or deepening.
