Can I host a public or private event at Red Bull Arts Detroit?
Our studio is active throughout the year with our various residency programs, and as such the studio and living space are primarily held for those purposes. That said, if you are an organization or individual interested in partnering on an event you can reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll pass along your note to the right person for consideration. Because of the volume of requests we receive we cannot respond to every proposal. We do not operate the facility as a traditional event rental space.
When are you open to the public?

How do I apply for a residency?
Our various programs have different application periods throughout the year. Refer to the Apply page on our site to learn more.
How do I get my artwork displayed at Red Bull Arts Detroit?
Artists participating in our Resident Artist program exhibit in the gallery in a group show at the culmination of their Residency. Other times throughout the year we present exhibitions curated by our Curatorial Fellows or in relation to other programming. There is not an application or open call to submit work to be shown at Red Bull Arts Detroit.
